The challenge
To support a new bespoke leadership program, Inchcape and their program partner, Accenture, sought a solution to provide content-rich pathways, a networking space for leaders, and tailored content to meet the unique needs of their leaders.
The solution
Hive Learning delivered a peer-learning group for leaders, supplemented with 46 bespoke GenAI-developed cards mapped to specific Inchcape learning objectives.
The solution included bite-sized content cards for quick learning absorption and skill embedding and personalized cards tailored to the leadership cohort’s needs.
To ensure the creation of detailed and targeted content, Accenture provided a comprehensive list of resources, including suggested card titles, objectives for each card, leadership resources, details on leadership frameworks, and a program roadmap.
